It is the forth year in a row that we invite a new intern class to bond with the core faculty at Hudson Table Philadelphia. For those who has never been there, it is a restaurant but with the twist. The guests cook their own food. The recipes, ingredients, dishwater and all the needed equipment is provided by the restaurant, and the staff guides the guests on how to prepare the dishes the right way.
It is a fantastic way to for the interns and core faculty to learn about each other and break the ice. And (hey, interns) gives faculty a way to preview interns’ dexterity and skill while handling sharp objects! Of course during this unusual meal prep interns mingle with faculty and get to know each other. What a great way to break ice and bond!
Thanks to our chairman Dr. Rich Hamilton who organizes and sponsor such a fun activity every year!
