Crozer US squad in Tampa, FL
January 28, 20242023 – a year in review…
February 7, 2024Residents conference is a big part of any residency. Besides didactic education, residents also get a chance to interact with each other and their attendings, catch up on each others’ lives. Today was one of our regular Wednesday conferences where the residents played Medical Jeopardy game, created and ran by our PGY-2 Dr. Kenna Lum
The residents also got to learn everything about emergency cardiac ultrasound (echo) after our US guru, Dr. Connor Welch, gave a talk on Diastology and Dr. Raghav Sahni, our US fellow, spoke about regional wall motion abnormalities.
After the lectures, the residents practiced learned skills on each other. At Crozer we are very big on everything US, and our residents become pros at all types of emergency US.
Dr. Lum is being silly while donating her chest to her fellow residents to practice echo skills
We all love our conferences. Being a very close knit family here at Crozer EM, we miss each other, as our schedules sometimes doesn’t let us see each other for a while. On Wednesdays we hang out together and learn together!
