Today we had one of our regular joint EM-Ob-Trauma conference, where EM and the residents and faculty from all involved departments present and discuss topics which are relevant to both Surgeons, Obstetricians and EM docs.

Today we discussed Traumatic Injuries in Pregnant Patients, presented by our beloved Trauma surgeon Dr. Amber Batool. We also want to thank Dr. Tran from Ob/Gyn department for his valuable and thoughtful comments

These joint conferences are always welcome as they spark interesting discussions, give opportunities to be heard by other department and foster better relationship between physicians of different specialties. After all, we all here to take better care of our patients!
