Ultrasound-Guided Central Line Workshop

Ultrasound-guided central line workshop for internal medicine residents led by current and past Crozer ultrasound fellows, Dr. Longenbach, Dr. Sajadi, and Dr. Welch, as well as our PGY-2’s Leslie Crosby and Melissa Yu.

Crozer Sono Division had a blast today leading an ultrasound-guided central line workshop for the internal medicine residents! We even dusted off the old SonoSite and tested her out on our homemade tofu sim models. They both worked great!

The Tofu model is an easy and inexpensive ultrasound phantom that you can make yourself at home. All you need is a block of tofu and some long balloons (the ones you use to make balloon animals with). For best results, use medium firm or firm tofu.
